Dude, I finally got a chance to compare the RC and USDM coolant elbows.

The RC doesn't have a bunghole [] for the BVSV [that's the blue thing for the charcoal canister].
All JDM have it on the canister itself.
So the RC should have the same one as the regular JDM ST185.

the part # for the JDM and the USDM 185 is
16304-88383

and the RC is
16304-88387

Hm, I'll have to track down a regular JDM engine to look at it.....
Maybe just the RC has the electronic valve.
