Taking a page out of Celiracer's book, I also painted mine red (what? so i like red! ) I also put a label on it, and no, its not overspray. I cut the emblem and the letters from reflective tape and stuck it on the bar. What do you think? That's so people can see me at night when I'm...uh...driving with my hatch open?

But I think it looks good anyway!

Looks good man. I painted mine all red, and got rid of the black celica. But experimenting is my favorite thing lol. and playr's right great mod for the $.

Do you have a close-up picture of the plastic parts that go over the bar on top of the strut? It looks like they're molded to fit the bar? Is that so...mine's totally not like that.

It is. But i had to order these from the Toyota dealer. I got the part number from Batman's link. They just replace the factory set. : Strut Covers

im jealous hopfully this guy in the UK will have the bar and cover shipped to me soon... i already have the plastic covers on lol.

theres one on ebay or if ur lucky a toyota dealership might have it. but the leather cover cost a lot and the last time i checked they didnt have to many plastic tower covers and didnt have the bar itself.
