which one sounds better? Good deep tone, not almost stock sounding-like, just loud enough but not too obnoxious.

I can tell you this. The N1 is one of the loudest canisters...
The HKS carbon Ti is quieter but sounds like an agressive snarling shotgun of an exhaust.
My favourite sounding canister is the JIC titanium DE.... It's quiet at idle and picks up this nice burbly / rolling sound when revved... not as aggressive as the HKS , more of a liquid watered down sound...

The Magnaflow is quite noisy, but it does have a deep throaty noise to it. If you want a quieter exhaust, your best bet would be to go with the HKS Ti series muffler.

N1 is pretty damn loud. Esp without silencer. A friend's brother of mine took out his Greddy Catback and ordered an authentic Apexi N1 Catback for his '01 Prelude. He got pulled over too many times and was forced to put on his silencer. I don't know about our cars though.
