Where can I get the clips to hold down the rubber gasket around headlights? It seems I'm missing some.

You can just swing by your local Toyota Dealer and order some. Shouldn't cost you that much.
toyota doesn't sell those little clips individually. I've tried it already. I think you have to end up buying the headlights again or hit up a junkyard.

i used some emblem glue n just glued the gasket around mine - i plan to get projectors some enough after i get my engine in so if ya still need/want clips then id give em to ya =)

you know why they put sheep at the edge of a cliff.... that way they push back!(2:27:32 AM) edit: please f*cking work, f*ck, sh*t, piss(2:28:08 AM) edit: that did the trick
mine were loose too...

in fact one day one of them was just gone... kindasad.gif So I just took the last one out...

Meh... theyve been out for almost a year and a half... maybe longer... and nothings happened...

i used some silicon seal in place to hold them in.

My Celica Is Now For Sale
Yeah I used silicone sealing stuff on mine as well. I think it's better than using a strong glue because it holds well and it could be removed pretty easily if you ever need to.
silicone for me too.

the clips are total rubbish and I can't believe toyota would use something so pathetic when they could easily be glued on in the factory. maybe they planned on selling loads on new rubbers/headlight units as spares after the originals failed? who knows.
laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif I used black gaffers tape (black duct tape thats not as sticky)..... and thats after i used to place a small nugget of paper towel placed right on the rubber so the hood would pin it against and hold it there. Creative or lazy... kindasad.gif Maybe I'll take a few foot steps and grab the epoxy or glue out of the drawer...
