I just received my TRD quickshifter today and the jerk did not send me either the knob or the metal spacers to replace the plastic or is it rubber ones... so my questions are as follows:
1. Will the spacers from either the 7th generation or the other (i forget the brand) 6th gen short shifter work?
2. Do both the shaft style TRD shift knob and knob (ball) style TRD shift knob fit on the quickshifter?
