Ok, so i'm going to get my car painted in the spring. I'm going to get it some type of blue, but i'm not sure if i should go darker, like this car; http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=43446 or like just blue, like if anyone has Modifed Mag, the Acura RSX Type S on page 90. I like that blue to i guess.. What does everyone else think? I'm really not sure what i should do.. Thanks. -cnelson.

I've wanted to get my celica painted blue for a long time, but I doubt I'll ever have the money...at least not until I finish college. I say go with the WRX blue...only maybe a touch darker.

I've been trying to decide what color I want to paint my celi this spring as well. I at first wanted blue, then I changed my mind a couple times, but now I think I'm back to blue. I really like the shade of blue on Batman722's celi. but after seeing that one you posted, I kinda like that darker blue. Then there is snapshotgt's celi if you like that shade, it's a little darker than I would want though. if anyone has some more pictures of blue celi's please post them, because I'd like to see them! (especially if they have black rims)

I was almost sure I was going to paint my car blue until I actually got it painted. This is my suggestions:
Blue - Nice color but doesn't stand out as much compared to other colors.
white - Neutral color anything and everything will match, rims, tails, stickers, etc. more clean look and stands out.
black - also a neutral color, same result as white - more wicked look
gray - clean color only problem is matching with rims and tails etc.
red - always a sporty color, only problem is getting the right color red
silver - always nothing wrong with silver, very simple and clean but won't stand out amongst other nicer colors.

any other color for a celica, it probably wouldn't stand out as much. This is from my JDM point of view and preference.

I have my one off paint code from my old Vauxhall Astra show car, it's a really nice sharp mid blue, i'll up some pics for you later.

Ever since the 7th gen. Celis came out I've been in love with Carbon Blue (the one that almost looks black until the light hits it, then sparkles a deep blue). What color is your interior? I imagine you want something that isn't going to clash.
