how can i set up this relay to make the windows roll up and down with the alarm

here's: the wiring

LF Window up/dn green - red A drivers door switch
RF Window up/dn grn/wht - red/blu A drivers kick panel

The right way to do it is get an add on window module. You need a little more than a few relays to make it work.

This DEI one has worked well for me in the past... It's only $5 right now.

In warmer climates, it's great to be able to roll the windows down in advance of opening the car to begin circulating cooler air in the car. And it's pretty cool to do so from the remote too.
