Hey well i have been trying to contact CelicaGT04 regarding some money he's supposed to refund me, however he isn't responding to any of my messages for about a month now. I've sent plenty of messages, and i haven't gotten any response. I've cleared up space in my inbox and made sure it's not full. I just wanna know what happened becuase i have been waiting patiently for awhile now and we both agreed that he would refund me some money. Whats going on!?
