looks like fun... but i dont get why ft lauderdale when its just the same people and most seem like they are from south florida... i might jump into the next daytona 1, but everybody should consider an all toyota meet and not just 5-6 6gcs

It's a lot of fun having the same car. I think one of my favorite things about the meet was when we drove somewhere. Being in that long line of cars and turning an intersection. It's like its OUR time, everyone is going to see us. Maybe im the only one who got excited about driving around in our cars though lol.

If your car looks good enough. Everyone see's you anyways.

Maybe ya'll misunderstand the diffrence between a "CAR MEET" and a
"CAR SHOW". LOL yeah going to a CAR meet isnt a place to meet mass amount of girls. EVEN if they were girls there most likely they would be with their boyfriends.

Girls at car shows are usually with their boyfriends so its not really a good place to look. And who said they were using this meet as a way to pick up girls haha? Come on guys seriously.

Dont assume anything from a simple comment by me, but if you feel the need to break it down to learn something ill correct you.

Going to a meet, sounds fun. Sleeping in a bed with someone youve never known, a little creepy to me. I dont enjoy sleeping around people I dont know, sure as hell not when drinking and markers are involved with a camera. But hey man, if underage drinking, sleeping with other dudes in beds and sitting in your ivory tower are your thing? Awesome, a 5 person LONG drive sounds Awesome to you. And im glad you had such a good time, just not my thing and I dont think any of you went to "hook up" either. I would of gone to, just not slept over. But I got over the whole 2+ hours to drive to see less than 5 people a long time ago, but I guess its different. Last time I went to a meet here in the west coast it was over 40 people. Not comparing (although your going to see it that was as well) but a long drive for people I dont know. I hope you catch my drift.

I can speak for everyone there when I say we all had an awesome time. We've met 2 times prior to this last meet, so we have an idea of what's in store when we meet up - each other's personalities, what we like to do for fun, etc. The farthest I've driven to a meet was 4 hours. I don't even drive my Celica anymore and I took my new car over there (before I broke the engine in) to meet with these guys. Do you think I would do that if I wasn't sure I'd have a good time (especially with how expensive gas was at that time)? No. When you have a meet with 40 people, it's not the same as a meet with 7 people because everyone in the 40 person meet is going to form their own little groups (kind of like a car show), people get left out, etc. This is like our little family. Everyone here has their problems and I think our meets, even driving long distances, helps you relax, have fun, and put the problems behind you. If you have a problem with our underage drinking (more than half of our group was over 21) then you probably should not have posted. Sleeping with dudes is not my thing, but if I slept next to a guy at the meet and that makes me gay, then you can think of me that way (I really don't care. Almost sounds like you're a bit insecure). Regardless, we all knew Jen was going to be the only girl there prior to the meet (everyone knows she's only into Asian dudes, or is she? lol). So yeah, we all knew there were going to be a bunch of guys, but it wasn't your gas money we spent or your car we put miles on, so don't hate - seriously.

Please do not clutter our thread with an argument back and forth. If you wish to reply, please PM me. I'd really appreciate your maturity here. Thanks.

DAMN ITTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was driving on the highway today and this truck start spilling ice or something and it hit my car but I didnt think anything about it because when I stopped I checked my hood where it hit and it was no big deal... So I finish doing what I was doing and get home... as I am walking to my place I look back at my car, as I always do to admire it, and then I noticed my headlight looked wierd so I check it out and it was destroyed.... that Ice was a thick piece of glass and shattered my headlight and the glass is still in there... SH!T I wish I would have got the name of that truck company....
