Guys, my car got keyed today... ALL around. It was no accident - someone apparently has it out for me. I know the car that did it, just don't have the tag. I will find this mother****er, but when I do, what charges can I throw at him? I want as many as possible so he can at least spend 2 days in county jail (enough to get touched). I'm in the state of Florida. I hope this helps. Damage cost can possibly be above $1000. Please inform me of what charges he can be charged with (felonies, I hope). Thanks guys.

Without proof, I don't think there's much you can do.

unless you have physical evidence that can prove he did it, your screwed.
hope your insurance comes thru for you, when my car got keyed, (basicly every panel on the car was done) insurance kicked in with 1700$

been there twice..insurance paid 1100 for one side...still need to get other side takin care of.
