The Supra and Celica are both my wifes....She loves the damn Celica. They are great cars we looked at the 7G Celicas and she wouldnt trade the old 94 in on one. And yes the Celica will eat the Supras lunch in the turns. The Celica is on 16s and the Supra on 18s every thing else stock under both cars.
When the Supra was still non Turbo it ran a 17.01 and the Celica ran a 17.89 at 3000" elev. so the were close...Maybe we need to turbo the Celica now to give it a chance

Here is the only Vid I have of the Celica....this may be the slowest 1/4 mile pass ever...it looks like a 18.??
And how about that slow RX7 turbo


Our plan is to find a Jewel Green Celica GT to match the Supra. And Pimp that out.

When i first saw your SN it confused the hell outta me, then i read your post. Very nice list of cars there. Diggin the tubbed stang. Do you catch alot of heat from ford and chevy guys?

The Ford guys for the most part cry like little girls...The Chevy guys love it. Chevy engines are cheap and make lots of power...cant go wrong. And the Fox body fords are light and hook well.

Been playing with the idea of putting a LS-1 Chevy in the Celica with a 9" Ford rear and 10.5" wide cheater slicks. As light as these cars are it would fly

They only put 6p3 on 97 st hatch limiteds and gt vert limiteds, no GT hatches.
3500 st ltds 1500 vert ltds made and very few of those are 6p3. Good luck
most people that have them love the color and want to keep them.
