vibration
have a hell of a time removing the motor if you ever decide to change it again
i just took some polyurethane window sealant, the black crap that they put on windshields. I use that in my mounts. Its like having polyurethane mounts, but you still have the rubber in there. If you leave a few holes inside the mount, then you wont have the vibration of having a solid mount. I did it to my celica when i changed the clutch in it, and it works great, and no vibration either. I did it to my 92 probe when i had it too, and it worked really good then. If you wqant some pics ill take some for ya, and i might even do a write up on it too if you want
