He's not gonna get what he wants out of it. He might as well go with best offer that comes to him. He's been trying to sell it for a month now and the thing has been relisted a couple of times. The car is salvage titled, engine has no accurate mileage (possibly very high mileaged becuz it looks very poorly taken care of and rust and dirt everywhere in that engine bay), it's RHD, no AirBags (would be surprised if the AC still works and runs cold), suspension (cv joints, axles, brakes, etc) may be messed up, and the reserve is possibly 7k-8k. Honestly, IMO, private seller value for that car is 2000 the most if lucky. You can't charge people for that conversion. It may make it "unique" but it does not add value to the car.
