JW if anyone has purchased anything through import fan, the kit i want for my MR2 is sold there, its a JDM kit, the way it listed it looks like the real thing, but its most likely just a knockoff. my friend, although he personally has never bought anything from there, constantly trashes on the company, especially bodykit fitment, anyways just seeing if anyone has had any experience with them thanks.

hey tim one of the local dealers gets his stuff through GTP/importfan.com...he seems to like them...seen a couple bumpers and stuff layin around the shop, and they seemed to be good quality...especialy compared to the old combat..lol >>

yea like all the stuff they make is blueclass fiberglass or urethane... but my friend keeps insisting their fitment is CRAPPY.

if your friend is the one with the probe, listen to him.
I helped my friend put his Sensei kit on and the fitment was terrible.
He had to cut the fiberglass at the headlights, bend it down and re-fiberglass it to fit.

ya i have heard that about probes too

yepp hes the guy with the blue probe, but his is AAS, not GTP, and his kit fits real well, unlike the celica combat kits. so you cant really tell i guess.... but yea, so the consensus at probetalk is GTP sucks? anyways im going to get the kit through my sponsor, real JDM Do-Luck, urethane, w00t!! >>

my friend ordered from them and he advised me not to. he said shipment was slow and the fenders were ****.

My friend's body shop just recently custom molded a kit from that company and gave it a custom blue marble paint job. The paint is perfect, but the kit fits so terrible even after the body work that it makes the paint look like crap. There was like 2 inches between the hood and the front bumper. Not to mention that they couldn't even get parts I wanted to order that were listed on their website. Stay away from them, but keep in mind, they're cheap...but you get what you pay for.
