wellllllll... earlier tonight me and 3 friends were meetin up with some females at a park and we were funna go somewhere else and when we get there, there were about 9 cops posted. but theres only one way in and out and in order to go out, u have to go all the way to the back and make a u turn because there was an island.. we saw the females leaving the parking lot saying "no no nooo" but it was too late, i already pulled in. so these cops stop me and start askin me and my friends what set were from. i said "why am i bein pulled over?" he said, well wheres your front license plate? i said "its right here, i cant put it on because... (and i made up some bs)". then he asked if we knew those females that just left and i said yes, and he said... "well they said you guys were gonna meet em here and sell them some drugs..." then me n my friends started laughin and i was jsut like "damn, ur a good liar... ur tryin that hard to get me for somethin?" then he asked me what i had under the hood and i said an engine . then he asked us for our IDs and since were all on probation they made us get out and they STRIPPED MY CAR inside out lookin for ****, and the funny thing is that they didnt even bother searchin us. the WHOLE TIME, i was sittin there pissed as **** because they were goin crazy strippin my car. they were tearin **** off that i didnt know you can tear off. he told me he can write me a 3g ticket for my intake, and that REALLY made me laugh. then he asked if i have an exhaust tip or an exhaust system, and i told him its stock but for some damn reason he didnt feel like believing me! he kept us there for about an hour longer and then said if we dont go straight home were funna get locked up because were violating our probation curfews. then we left and met up with the females of course... soooo ne way... after we left, **** was hangin off the dash, the door thingys werent even on, they broke some clips in the trunk, my steering wheel was put back on upside down *yes they took it off*... **** is ****ED UP

your attitude is everything when it comes to the police. people can talk their way into a citation/jail. just be lucky the cop had a soul, i would have wrote you for everything i could have.

Most cops are pretty chill about things as long as your straight with em to begin and end with.. just some really screw it up for the good ones.. I was gonna go into state patrol but id'a been the guy jackin peoples stashes n sending them on their way heh :X

When you do a search, it's suppose to be a clean search becuz you don't wanna ruin evidence. I know that pig only wanted to fuk his ride up becuz he was SUPPOSE to search the "suspects" for narcotics, which in this case he didn't. Alot of cops nowadays are pretty corrupted. I know, I live that world, esp in the freakin city! They will LIE in the statement reports just so their commissioner won't bitch at their sorry ass for doing the job WRONG. If you are so worried about people being smart on you, maybe you should think twice about being so freakin STUPID in the first place. Like a 3000 dollar citation for a "air intake" which you already know in your mind is ridiculously STUPID. Asking someone if they any illegal possesion on them is one thing. Accusing with no evidence and possibly lying to suspect them of illegal positions is another! STUPID! DO yourself a favor and do you job right and save all the trouble. Just becuz pigs work under the law does not give them the right to harass and exploit their privilages.

verytime a police officer stop someone in my area they ask " Do you have drugs ?" or something of that kind, you just give them a straight no without attitute, no jokes and nothing and they usually let you go if there isn't something concret on you.

Not all cops are bad, but the ones who are are PRICKS! I had a cop walk up to my window screaming and carrying on something to the tune of "YOUR GETTING A BIG FAT TICKET!", and I've also had a cop only write me a $100 disorderly residence fine instead of 2g+ for serving minors and alcohol violations(college party) ....so it just depends if you get a cool cop, or a total jerk

truthfully if you were totally serious about this thing...i think you should have said screw the girls went home took pictures of the damage the cops did (made sure you made two copies) take one set to the station on showed the sherif or whatever the heck the top cop is called and said i want him to replace and pay for the damage that this cop did without reason. He searched my car without probible couse and or and warrent and if this isn't resolved you will be speaking to my laywer. Because you have one hell of a case otherwise

very ture, iam majoring in criminal justice, and my dad is head of CSI for the IL state police, so i know quite abit about the law but ya, that cop had absolutly NO right to search your vehicle with out a warrant, unless he could see something in your car like drugs just by looking threw the window. now he did have the right to pull you over for your plate, but most cops dont even care about that. that and you said you were on probation? so you were past your curfew to then, so theres 2 reasons to pull you over, HOWEVER, he had no reason to search your car!! you need to do somthing about thins.

im never a smart ass to cops unless they pull that ****. i know better than that. when they were tearin apart my car they were all gigglin n **** too, sayin **** like "oh we should probably check under his seats, or maybe even inside"... and one of em was even tryin to make us mad by askin us if we're fobs (hahaha that was ****in funny though). technically theyre allowed to search me and my car because im on probation... so theres nothin i can do about that. i guess im spendin today tryin to fix my car.. but thank u all for the support

search, not illegal, destruction of private property in the process of a search...the owner of the property has to be compensated for the damage caused in the process of the search.

naw no ticket, the damage they did was mostly fixable. im just not the type to go out of my way to do **** like that when i can just fix it myself. yes, i was out past probation curfew, but nowadays nobody stays home, and nobody cares if u get caught.

you don't need a search warrant for a search, there are ways around that.

i'm sure it looked really suspicious to the cops when they showed up and the girls left.

why would it look so suspicious? we told them that we were meetin up with the girls, but by the time we got there the cops were done talkin to them.

I know here in cali breaking prohbation is lawful reason to get ur car searched, your breaking the rules set for you thus they have right to look around warrent or not. Im not sure if that applys to your trunk, but the inside it does.

Sorry about the harassment and the damage, but did you ever find out from the females if they indeed told the cops that you were coming to sell drugs? Maybe that was the reason for all the search and such?

ok ok, obviously u dont have the story straight... we were gonna meet up at the park... the females were all in one car, and me and my friends were in one car... the females were already there, but we werent and since it was late and the park was closed and the neighbors complained about people going to that park and doing drugs everynight, the cops kicked the females out... they didnt choose to leave, they were talking to the cops... and after about 20 minutes of talking, the cops made them leave... and right when they left, we showed up... and no the females never told them that, haha. maybe if you read everything, then you would KNOW everything instead of accusing everyone else of thinkin they know everything.
