I just bought a set of factory 98 rear Supra lights and light buckets with all the extras needed for converting the rear of my Celica GT. I just need a few ideas on how to make it look more like a supra. I will be shaving the plate housing and putting the plate on the bumper. I just can't figure how to place the lights. It's an odd angle.

Any suggestions?????

Right - I've looked at just about everyones pic and spent half the day doing it last night. Unfortunately I remember only seeing an orange one that had the plate on the bumper with the supra light conversion and it still didn't look quite right.

I know how to convert it I just can't seem to get it to look right. I'm thinking about cutting the hatch and raising the lights higher like a supra. But my problem is then - where the hell do I get a bumper as big as a Supra to fix the gap.

*sigh* Maybe it's just not possible.

i'd say the best way to make it look more like a supra is to get an oem supra rear bumper instead of trying to modify the celica bumper

0re0 is the best one i've ever seen.

man i think people need to put the taillights upper towards the hatch and farther away from eachother. it should also line up with the end edges towards the wheel well. alot of people put them close to eachother and it looks weird.

oreo's celica is a perfect example of how it should look.

btw, it looks like a toy car! ahaha

0re0's conversion is nice its part of a full supra rear bumper and supra side splitters....

I didn't realize how much a stock supra bumper is from toyota. Looks like I may be going aftermarket, especially since it'll be cut anyway.

offtopic, what ever happened to 0Re0 nowadays? was his car ever repaired from the accident?
