Normal oil consumption - 6G Celicas Forums

For 5S-FE - what is considered "normal oil consumption" - I mean normal
not valve seals related, just - some oil gets burned always. Depends on
mileage, of course. I swithched to semi-sythetic recently, at 89,000
down about 0.4 quart per 3k. How bad is this - comparably?

thats not bad at all, it sounds within the normal amount.

what's your driving style....high rpm burns oil

What he said above me, but toherwise thats not bad, it sounds like what i burn and my engine is at 205k so u see, ur all good
