i put in 4 right now, before i put in 5 the last change and it was a lil over, 4 seems to be right on ?

an old rule of thumb use to be 1 quart per cylinder

4.5 is what i put in...perfect every time

i always have more then 4 quarts and no more then 4.5 quarts...anything between would be fine...

I think it's supposed to be 4.2... but I just put in 4.5 and it seems fine

check one of the last few pages of the owner's manual... i remember seeing it there on the specs pages..
