hey i am just wandering have you ever been to like a car meet where a bunch of diffrent cars show up and feel like the celicas are kind of outsiders. I mean the projectors, jdm tails, etc not to many people can apprechiate that stuff for the 6gc and how hard it is to get certain parts. I dont know its weird its liking being the underdog everywhere. Maybe cause my car isnt that nice, i dont know...anybody know what iam sayin?

yep very true.. lots of the subtle mods we do are not noticed by non celica enthusiasts.. thats why I really want to go to some Celica meets.. but I love how everyone thinks its a supra.. or says its cool cuz they don't see these cars at many shows

welll it was a assorment of cars. Yeah most 7th gen owners can appreahiate $850 headlights and other stuff. Yeah i like it a lot better chillin with fellow 6gc owners.

yea, im the ONLY celica enthusiast in my city, so at the meets, everybody just knows me as "the celica guy". Although they liked my cars(mostly because I kept them soooo clean and for show), they never took any of them seriously(they weren't fast enough in a straight line).
That all changed when I got the hotness of the 3sgte:)

I think its funny when they call it a Supra.....look disapointed when you tell them its a Celica.....and look gutted after they challenge you to a race and you kick thier arse and leave them miles behind when they think thier Honda Civic/Integra, Scoobie or whatever could beat you......Very few people know what a GT4 is capable of....I love it.

I love the fact that the Celica is so unique. There is one person in town that has a Celica, and it's stock other than a fat Totota sticker across the window. I want to go to a meet so bad. The Portland one coming up is what I'm banking on.

Theres a bunch of celicas here on Guam, US territory, but none of them have the slight interest for celica pride or they don't really care at all. I have 2 other friends, and they don't really care.

There was one, mine. Then there was another, and now a white one driving around.
We are three, and me and the dude in the grey GT with lights, body kits, lowered, turned up honk and rev at each other.
I get laughed at for my little car at work all the time by guys with big diesel trucks turned up. I gotta drive a Duramax with a twin turbo kit, propane injection and chipped.
But I will take my 1.8 liters of power any day.

Here in NEbraskA! we have mad type JDM l337ness going on, and so its run by DSM's and mulletmobiles. There are a couple nice ass 7th gens and like 4 6th gens in the whole friggin STATE.
