Hey guys i know a few people from this forum are living in or near by the DFW area. I think it would be awesome to get a 6gc meet here in the area. If anyone is interested i have a location where we can meet in a parking garage, and eat fairly cheap. Everyone who is interested please reply to this topic. Once i think we have a FAIR amount of people interested in attending the meet i believe we can get a SET date to do it. Let me know what everyone thinks. Once again this is DFW area, or somewhat close to that area.

I live in carrollton and i met 2 other members in Arlington. One in Arlington is moving away this month to Missouri i think. So thatll just make me and the other guy. Dont have much to offer, not until later. Maybe well try again later.

If you give me a date il come, iv been waning to go to a meet, but there so hard to find around here.

Im up in lubbock for school, but i think id be down for meeting in that area....Not sure how presentable the car will be though.

GREAT. Im glad to see there is some intrest in a meet in the area. So far we have about 5 that are possibly interested in attending. I think we should get a little more to make this meet worth the drive for those of whom are coming from a farther distance. Some of you guys may think that just cause your car is stock it has nothing to offer. Its not an everyday thing for me to see one in the area. So regardless of what your celica may look like (dented, scratches, hubcaps) i think it would be amazing for you to show up to this meet. I myself have a "stripe" of unbuffed paint about 2" wide down the passenger side of my car and that is not to presentable. But i am happy to share my experiences with fellow 6gc'ers anytime. Hopefully we can get this meet rolling before the end of 2006. Come one DFW area. I know there are more people in the area with 6gcs, so lets get this thing going.

Why are you guys bumping this? Its a meet, get it organized, and then it will be alot more convincing and what not. Right now your just bumping the idea of having a meet, and im sure everyone in texas is just about down for the idea of having a meet. The later the better for me so i can have more time to fix up my car, but its up to you guys.
