is the valve cover powder coated???...or silver in anyway?..if it is, hwo much shipeed to fl 32935

That valve cover looks like it would only match right for the 96+ guys. It doesn't look like mine. I have the breather on the side, and the pvc alot more to the right And I don't have those 4 hold down bolts but I wish I did. The style that just uses those 4 around the spark plugs sucks.
