What 4age heads would be the best for such a hybrid? Do all of them work or only certain years? I ask because the 5sgte can only be done (without modifying the water jackets) on certain years.

so im a newbee into forced induction on our cars.. i bought a turbo kit this past weekend. i want to put it on my 7afe but as it happens ive got a 89 corolla gts beater car with a 4age in it.......hmmmm should i swap the heads out during the turboing?help me please!!
Yeah Stephen, I was thinking about doing a 7AGE 20v Silvertop project but I remembered that 4AGE mainly focused upon mid-high end torque. I don't know but I'm thinking about just turbo charging my 7AFE after a full rebuilt becuz I just love that low end torque.
just as a side note...doggys setup dynoed around 200hp at the flywheel...~ 185 or so at the wheels.
you guys are all talking about the head...when you should be talking about the bottom end...the pistons and rods will go long before you kill anything in the head.

i think someone said something before about changing out the rods (too lazy to read it again
) might as well just drop in a 4A and turbo that, what do you need from the 7A that the 4A doesnt have? damn ST's
less than 200 to the wheels is not really worth the time/effort to me...im just in the 'giving up hope' stage of thinking

That's what I'm looking at, I think 200 HP is good enough for me,I don't wanna race it I just wanna have a car that perform the same way it looks.
