well im about all out of cheap upgrades so i decided to look into these...can anyone tell me anything about buying new spark plugs and wires? does it make a nice performance gain ( like 5 or so HP) i was thinking about getting these....

dont bother.
go to your local toyota dealer, and buy OEM wires, cap, rotor, and plugs.
those will do you much better than any aftermarket crap thats out there.

wires DO NOT make power. plugs are the same story 99% of the time.

no, its just a common misconception and common selling point.

only small boost if your car is a performance engine, like the 3SGTE or the supra's turboed engine....or any other turboed designed engines...not much help either way you look at it...
