No I dont think you will benefit from it, They dont call the A2A intercooler from the ST185 an Interwarmer for nothing.
The percentage profit you get from that bit of colder air is lost by all the piping thats needed to get everything connected.

im sure you could do it....although the pressure drop across the system would prolly be bad.
and again, if your not directing cold air from outside the car directly over the intercooler, its not really gonna do anything.
