I have an all stock 96 celica sts liftback and i want to do some performance upgrades, mostly looking for an engine swap, if u have anyother parts u think i may be intrested in let me know and i'll tell u what i think

Exhaust manifold and headers are the same thing but 2 different engines.

Maybe you are talkin about intake manifold?
