its beginning to heat up in California and I have my top down or just driving with the windows down... after about 20 mins of driving my back is filled with sweat (leather seats). is there any way to not get this sweat on the back, besides from the obvious of turning the ac on.

Anti Perspirant?
Keep your shirt on?
Maybe put a towel on the seat back between the seat and you?
Install Fabric Seats?

This is a hilarious question. I don't have an answer for you cause I think its a mystery to most guys whose back's sweat. I don't believe there is a remedy except to cool the body down with the A/C
Haha, I guess that you don't have seatwarmers? Hehe
they have these great things that you put around your neck to help cool your body.....that could help? haha good luck with the backsweet...
easy answer.... create a weather machine and change the temp. to 60 degrees outside.
To live, is to sufferTo survive, thats to find meaning, in the suffering....
I used to drive a pick-up truck with vinyl seats and no a/c. Talk about back sweat.
Sheepskin Seatcovers.
Lay the seat all the way down and keep your upper body straight up...

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

I know its wasteful but I keep my AC on sometimes when the top is down. It you aim the vents right at your skin (face, arms, legs) and turn the fan on high, it works to an extent even on the hottest days.

QUOTE(lagos @ Jul 10, 2006 - 1:55 PM) i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
your not going fast enough, get a 3sgte swap and your problens should be solved.
Okay, seriously. If you don't mind having a not-so-hardcore seat cover, go get one of those seat covers made of wooden or other type of beads. In places like florida and hawaii they are real common both to keep the back sweat down, and also for when you leave from the beach with wet clothes. If they don't have anything like that at a wal-mart or target, try a surf/skate shop.

If you want to keep the leather and not be sweating all over then get your seat rebuilt with seat coolers. Maybe something custom?
