Sorry for the late notice but its Donut Day at Krispy Kreme

I know you get a free glazed while youre in line but today you get a free donut of your choice

If you eat just one, they don't make you fat. Its the people who cram a dozen in their face while they are driving to work that have issues. I firmly believe that not eating while you are in your car (or watching tv or doing any other activity) will keep you fit. People have a tendency to mindlessly stuff their face when they eat while doing something else. Eat when you are at the table....or at the Y. wink.gif

yea i guess up where your at they only do that once, but anytime i goto KK they give you a free donut, and most the time its whatever kind you want...

the ones near me give away any kind u want, they just dont care about giving ppl 50 grams of fat. actually i heard most locations are going bye bye
