Can anyone tell me how to get the ring that holds the bov to the flange in? It is driving me nuts!
needlenose pliers, its just a big c clip, two people makes it real easy.

have the second person put a flathead screwdriver on the end of the c clamp and press down, this will hold the clamp at an angle, with the back end down in the flange and the two ends of the c clamp angled up, well get the needle nose pliers in the small holes of the c clamp, press it and push down on your end while the other person holds the other end into the flange, its a pain in the ass but in the end its a pretty good way to hold the seal.

same here! ...

tip... get the most heavy duty one they have. that snap ring is a pain in the ass. you can also take the cover off the bov to avoid scratching it and it will make installing the snap ring less of a pain.

just bring it up here Rob and we will tackle it
Well snap ring pliers were useless, ended up putting it on useing vise grips, channel locks and 2 screw drivers. By starting it one side then using the channel locks to compress it and used the screwdrivers to pry the ring in.
