I was pottering around with the celica last weekend and found amongst the fuse box a fuse for seat heaters, upon further investigation I traced come wires that connect under the seat to what looks like it cound be a element. The dosent seem to be a switch of any type to turn them on that I can see, does anyone else have these and can shed some light on the subject?

JDM guy made me do it.
under the seats, i have them too, the wires, but they're there for my other toyota alarm...am i talking about the wrong wires? take some pics...
The only wires that run to the seat are the seatbelt indicator light wiring. Thats all I have anyway, I've had the seats out twice and inspected closely and no sign of anything else.
