OK, I'm in the process of sorting out my ICE.
...and I want to do something clever (well practical actually).
The idea comes from stereo hi-fi jack plugs, that is, you have a fixed connection in your hi-fi and a jack plug on your headphones.
Plug-n-Play!
I want to create/make plug-in connections in a box or on a metal plate that I can attach to either side of my plastic panels in the boot.
The idea being that I have fixed connections either side of my boot interior that I just plug-in my OUT leads from the amp.
The Amp OUT leads consist of: power lead, earth lead, rem lead, speaker leads and RCA lead.
Questions are...
What needs to be taken into consideration - current, voltage, amperes, earthing, ...?
What connections can I use, or that exist, in order to achieve this?
Where can I get them from?
BTW: Soldering is not a problem.
