how can you tell if your car is a california emission restricted car or a regular one

look at your exhaust manifold....if theres 2 o2 sensors...its a cali..if one..fed emission.....BUT the EXACT way to find out is thru yoru VIN number.... 
i think on the sticker like right above the clutch hole in the firewall, it says 5s-fe CAL or somehting like that

oh dear..i didnt even kno this myself...so mines are still a fed or cali?..
ill look up the hood stickies to see if any thing pops up....

I found it, its in the drives side on the fire wall. theres is a diagram and on the bottom its saids FED, Canada.
