Well, aparently on the entrance to the laundromat near my apartment, there's a curb that's about 8inches high. Impossible to see, since I take a right then immediately turn into the laundromat. Well, I didn't hit the curb dead on, but where it starts to slope down sharply to meet the pavement. I guess the tire slid and it popped a huuuge hole in the sidewall.
The tires need replaced at the end of the summer...but now I'm gonna have to do it early b/c it would be a wast e of money to get one new tire and have 3 old ones, since I'm not even sure those are the tires I want again..
Now my winder all-season tires are on, and one wheel is missing a hubcap
Here goes another 250.00+ for new tires, plus mounting and balancing...and to top it off I just paid 30 something to get the tires rotated/balanced.
Had to rant..really put a damper on my entire day.
Cliffs Notes: Popped tire, angry, and have to spend money on new ones.
