Just start working out, surround your self with friends.. Try to pick up some new hobbies..

I know how you feel. my first real relationship ended abruptly after 2 years and it was hard.. but it just took time. and I know its not helpful to some, but give it to God.

if you actually want her back, i will tell you that the easiest way to make a girl want a guy, is to act like you don't want anything to do with her. lol

in my last couple break ups, one guy was obsessed with me, he was psychotic (seriously) and would call me 50 times a day.. i was with him for a year, and automatically wanted NOTHING to do with him, i got over him in like a month
the next guy i was with, i was crazy about and we broke up, he won't talk to me and has moved on to another girl, and all i can think about it how i can get him back, and that was almost a year ago...
if he was to start obsessing over me after we had broken up, i'd probably not give two ****s about him

anyways, my point is... one of the easiest ways to get her to want you back, is to act like you've moved on (80% of the time anyways )
