Philly meet at FDR park. Saturday July 22nd starting at 1pm at FDR Park in Philadelphia PA.
The park is located at the intersection of Broad and Pattison in South Philadelphia across from the sports complex (Wachovia Center, The linc, Citizens Bank Park). The entrance to the park is on Pattison Avenue. The park is easily accessible from I-95 and I-76.

here is the info for the hotel, incase people want to sleep over like last time

its about 70 bucks a night.

the hotel is right ouside of philly. same spot as last year. its a lot cheaper then staying in philly and there is plenty of parking.

if your staying at the hotel, get to it first and check in. ill meet up with you guys there and we can drive down to the meet together. everyone else, just go to FDR park and we will see you there.

I'm totally in for another FDR meet, Art.

I think we'd probably have more of our people show on a Saturday if we organized it ourselves....I'd love to see some Supras again, and maybe we could hit up D&B's. thumbsup.gif


That Supra meet looks awesome though, I wish I could come...I already took off a weekend in early June to go to the LSP meet so I met my quota lol.....two weeks in a row is no good for me.

well thow out some dates and ideas. we can start up our own meet on another day. i probably get some of those supra guys there, as well as a huge tristatetuenrs crew, since they have meets every weekend around here.

Yea, I remember you mentioning meets at King of Prussia and what-not for TST.....I'd love to see a bunch of other cars come out too.


Well, here on the EC we have:

LSP meet on June 3rd
NJ Mega Meet (P.S.- Art, you should go... tongue.gif) June 30 - July 2
NY state meet- July 15th



Maybe we can shoot for an end of July or early August sort of thing. Either way, I'm totally down.

I'll come to another FDR meet as long as I can get my car fixed in time. I think the meet should be in July or early August. That way more people could gather up for the meet.

between DWG and bear mountain......idk, id like to get some meets going for august and late july, instead of having them all cramed into a 3 week period. But thats just me

Early July is NJ meet, so it might be hard for the people comming to that to go to this a few days later because of work, etc.

Maybe early August/end of July??

I dont work on the weekends so it doesnt matter for me.

IMO stack the meets and if you cant come, then no problem.

it is a problem if u wanna come, and u cant because the meets were stacked and you took 4 weekends off in a row.

weekend after bear mountian......i guess, although id rather it be on the 29th of july or the first weekend of august. but i can settle with the 22nd (if i have to)

i dont want to push it too far back. so unless the 22nd is a major problem for people, i think thats the date we should stick to . im sure whatever date we pick, some new meet will be planed the weekend before or after it anyway.

this trip will be 4 to 6 hours for me...i believe ill be making this one an over nighter just to make it worth the trip. Ill spend sunday seeing the sights or whatever.

btw....if anyone skates, fdr is a pretty famous skate park. im pretty sure they even put it in the TonyHawk 2 game. so bring your stake gear if you want.
