Im trying to take the crank out of my 7afe and was wondering how to take this off thank you :

tap it with a dead blow hammer to get it free of interior rust. then use a flat screw driver to guide it off of the crank shaft

just give it a light tap with a sand hammer and it should slide right out
yea your 3sgte is cool but ill stick to my 7agte
