So, i was just wondering are the 2nd gen 3sgte and the 91-95 mr2 turbos the same generation motor, and the parts are interchangeable?

Yes. Some parts got better over the years but 91-95 mr2t all have 2nd gen 3sgtes. One part in particular was the throttle body which was upgraded in 93. The 93-95 versions also had dual cone syncros in the tranny - although thats not really an "engine" part.

Keep in mind, that is for US motors... the JDM motors went to 3rd gen in '94.
