my friend has a srt4 and he is selling his wheels, theyre not stock,i think theyre foose. we put them on my car while it was jacked up and they seemed to fit fine i was just wondering anyone think ill run into any problems with them,my car is lowered by a eibach sportline package.any feedback would be appriciated

There are many people with sportline springs running 18" wheels, so 17" will not be a problem. As long as the bolt pattern is 5X100 and the offset isn't too terrible it should work just fine. Ideal offset would be +35. That would be flush with the body, but people have different offsets. My rims are +42, which makes them sit in a little bit, but don't get anything lower than +35, as that would stick out from the side, like an ugly trash lowrider.

I seem to recall that they are 5x114 because my buddy sold his SRT4 wheels to my other friend with a RX7.

Maybe the wheel this guy has is 5-lug universal.

Ok, I went to Tirerack.com and it says the bolt pattern for the neon srt-4 is a 5x100, so they should work fine.

I have scion tc wheels, which are 17x7 and they fit great, they do raise the car a bit more, which i nice for my lip kit.

I know you're probably just passing on information you've read, but you cannot make suggestions about offset without knowing the wheel's width. I wrote a how-to for this exact reason:

Universal 5 lug is 5X100 and 5X114. So go "LMAO" to that.

i think he LMAO because you said OEM str4 wheels are universal rims...when they only have 1 bolt pattern @ 5x100

In the 1st post he says "They're not stock"

I know OEM wheels are one pattern, but since he says they are not the stock wheels I asked about universal 5-lug.

I was thinking the same thing, and as you can see a 19" rim will fit with no problems.
I found out today that they were a mutilug rim, and factory SRT4 is 5x100.

nowitzon - me and you are a testament that 19"s fit, dont you just love how 19"s raise the car so much, I reccomend coil overs I dropped mine on Tech-S's and still is a monster truck.

BTW I am going bigger then 19"s now....
