i have a 94 celica gt and i was thinking about putting a engine with less miles on it, same engine just less miles like 50k but i found a website that sells a turbo kit for it http://www.poweredbytoyota.com/ and they say that it can run reliabley at 7-8 boost should i do it or would it leave me sittin on the road all the time

it would be cheaper to get a 3s-gte and swap it in...

$2500 for the kit, and it doesn't come with an intercooler?

To answer your question categorically. No. Burien turbos are horrendously overpriced and there are much better options out there for the money.

Yeah, the burien kit is pure ****. You should NEVER boost a car without an intercooler.

there are members currently selling the 5sfte kits and tons of info and even a complete write up on a HOW TO T your 5SFE
