I'm not sure what wing you have... but the idea should still be the same:
Remove this plastic piece, there are no bolts are anything, just snaps on and off:
There's only 2 bolts holding the 2 post together, I think they're 12mm's or 14mm's, but they're located as pictured:

3 post bolts are 10mm. the only 12mm bolts are the center piece then remove that and 1 10mm bolt to go.
