Hi All,
I was wondering as some of you lucky US guys don't need a front number plate, but some do, has anyone who needs a fromt plate removed the bumper mounted plate and re-located it?
In UK the plate laws are a little different and if you are prepared to risk it (strictly speaking it's not legal), you can make your front plate up yourself in a different layout.
On a previous car I used a mesh to cover the intercooler, painted white, then stenciled the car reg number on to it, cos I used the correct size letters and spacing I never got pulled for it.
Was thinking of doing the same to the air intake area on the Celica...
This photo on the UK Celica club shows a standard UK plate, so you can see what I mean
What do you think?
