Hey, Does anybody know which harness the 3rd plug for the ecm is located. . If I'm correct there is one plug that usually isnt included with the ecm unless you buy the entire clip. I think its with the dash harness. Thanks for your help!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's right, it comes from the dash harness, however you have a 22-pin plug in your GT that will work just fine, you just need to repin/rewire it.
Also, some good importers will include the third plug, this is usually the case when I buy engine sets.

I am trying to get my A/C to work. I understand that the 3rd plug is responsible for turning on the compressor. Do i just repin that plug to match the wires on my interior harness?

Sort of, yeah. You have to make sure the black/white wire to the a/c compressor clutch is hooked up.
