Woke up at 10 this morning to a phone call from a shipper saying "he booked my shipping" for 300$ from uship.com (GREAT website by the way, you register, post target price, people bid on your shipment, like if they are passing through the area with a big truck and have more space, they can make some extra bucks)

I HADNT EVEN PAID for the car yet so i frantically called the guy, who didnt answer his phone yesterday, so i was worried. well today he did, i asked if he had paypal, NO, could i pay with card, NO! damn, so i call the shipper and ask if i can pay him 800$ instead of 300$ and him give the money to the guy, he said yes, but he needs an extra 80$ for atm and paypal fees. 80$ at the last minute isnt so bad I guess, it was in the heat of the moment haha. So I transfer the money, pay on paypal, and the guys about to go pick up my shell which is:

Red 1994 celica GT hatchback. 5spd. blown motor. dont know ANY other details except it needs a new front bumper and possibly one headlight.

however, as long as its got an engine bay ready and willing for my 3sgte, im excited. the swap will start friday march 17th as soon as i get home from college.

the car will be delivered by 9ish tonight, CHUCKY! If your home then, you should go around and take pics

oh yeah a HUGE thank you for easternpiro for hooking me up with the shell and contacting people for me, i owe you one big man.

car is here, but some bad news

airbags are deployed which pisses me off a lot because i specifically asked the guy if the airbags were there, dunno what else, chuckys getting pics right now.

my luck continues, its also an st!

its official, the only option i do have, is rear window whiper!

rear break conversion
power window wires + actuator + door panel + lock setup (the stock stuff, but i have to figure out if it plugs into the sts that didnt come with it first)
airbags, airbag ecu, 2 front crash sensors.
the passenger side motor mount, gt shift cables, gt p/s lines.
headlights, im not sure which are cracked yet, prolly all of them have something wrong with them.

thats about it i think, as far as my plans go, i might be buying the power window/lock + door panel stuff from mark, as well as the gt cables and motor mount.

playr has some airbags hell sell me.

still need:

airbag ecu, 2 front crash sensor
headlights
rear brake conversion

why do you want it to be a ST

no i dont want it to have all the crappy options like roll down windows or locks

hmm since you're getting new door panels

lemme grab that passenger side arm rest. (mine has a cigarette burn in it)

Wow, I've never seen our celicas with roll up windows.

My '94 ST had roll-up windows, no power locks, etc.

And it was a coupe
