Question about Drum to Disc Conversion - 6G Celicas Forums

i was just wondering if there were any other parts needed for the switch other than the ones listed in the How-to. Please let me know because i'm goin' to the "j-yard" tomorrow for the peices.

Buy the whole thing then you won't have to worry about 'parts'...

ok so i go to the junkyard today and start removing the whole set up and i find out its ABS. i know for a fact that i don't have ABS. is there anything i could do to make this set-up work.

Don't connect the ABS sensor and....well, that's about it really.
is this for sure? i did think about this but will it affect anything?

No it wont cause any problems, you can cut the sensor off if you want
the only difference between ABS brakes and non-ABS brakes are speed sensors and grooves which are cut into either the axle or hub. These sensors can be removed completely, or simply ignored. The rest of the ABS system is mostly electrical. The actual brake system is mechanical.
