Topic #33598 21 posts Started by CelicaZR
Hey guys and gals
There is currently a group buy going for the
vertical doors that I'm interested in but
I want your opinions on vertical doors with the
Varis Arising II kit.
Is it rice or cool?

Thanks

I think they're teets, but I believe that the car must at least look like an exotic to have them. ie, civic hatchs probably shouldn't have them.

I think lambos would look good with that body kit. I may be a little bias but.... i think it would look good.

I see you are a fellow Aussie! If you go the vertical doors you sure will be original over here! Personally I think they look good on the 6GC's but it really comes down to Cost Vs Appeal!

How much in $AUD do you think the kit (plus shipping) will set you back and how much to get it fitted?
I think lambo doors suck and no car should have them including real lambos!
are you serious? do you hate yours now?

I'm just kidding, I have had the doors on for about 2 years now. I love them, and I can open them up like oem or shoot them in the air.
Wish i could find some lambo's for my celica. (but every time i look they are exspensive) frown.gif

i have the gt factory kit, just deciding when i should put them on. the kit is so much better in quality.
Whats the gt factory kit? And how much does it cost? Please let me know.
the GT factory door kit cost alittle over a grand if you are paying retail. the kit is basically a universal kit (i think the company only has bolt on's for vette, hummer, escalade, and 300c).

with this kit you are able to adjust the way the door "sits" and "hangs". meaning you can have the doors stand striaght up rather than hanging off to the sides.

the only thing with having your doors striaght up is that you're going to have a harder time closing the door from the inside.

the pumps are suppose to give the door a very easy light weight movement to it.
RCT, please get these put on. Im right behind you in buying them. I want to see them on a celica and
know if the door is really going to go all the way up before hitting anything.
