^ thats pretty good, i was using autocad 2005.

I was going quick, thinking i wouldnt really make nething that loook good, then it kinda took shape, so i figure with some refinement, it could be cool.

The 1/2 in thick version lol. That little thing in the middle is a simulated
1/16 in end mill.(bit) The real one will look like the blue and silver above
and will be raw 6061 T-6.

looks pretty cool, but almost does not have enough oval to it, looks a little round, could just be the camera angle though.

Problem front and rear emblems are different size elipses.

Rear with first emblem.

Solution: Make rear emblem.

The top elipse is a little thin on the bottom part but I think it will work.
I'll send you two of each. Shipping tomorrow.

PM sent.

I would recomend 3M carpet tape for putting them on.
Clean emblem with dish soap rinse and dry well, put tape across
emblem, trim from back with exacto knife. Clean area to be
applied then rinse and dry well. Stick on. Not liable
for loss of paint if removed.lol I would have put the tape on
and cut it for you but you said you are painting them.

The tape should hold up well that is what I used for machining
them, and I flooded them with coolant for 45 min each with no
problems. Enjoy.

It is a tighter radius front to back, side to side is almost flat.

Thanks for the kind words. I learned a lot about elipses, how to draw,
and connect them, so it was a fun project for me as well.
