Just wanted to pass along a meet idea to you guys who maybe have some larger groups at your meetings.

I know with our celica meets we end up standing in a parking lot and that can get boring.

I know my Puget Sound Toyota Owners Club is teaming up with a Scion club to do a photo scavenger hunt

you make a list of 50 - 150 items and you have teams go out and get pics of the items. Whoever gets them all done first or gets a majority of the items then has the group buy that team dinner or pays for their way to go go-karting or something like that! Our PSTOC/Scion group assigns points to the pictures depending on how difficult it is to find it and then whoever gets the most points by deadline gets a prize.

Just thought id pass this idea on to you guys!

Some picture items can be


A guy with a mullet
someone getting a tattoo
State capital building
Help walk an old lady across the street
a picture of someone getting a wedgie
a couple kissing
a blue ferrari
a honda with an aluminum wing


etc....

I dunno about that...Natalie & I are the only girls @ our meets & I dont really wanna see the guys in a bikini hehehe.....

well i know the scion guys are doing a KEEP IT ON car wash...a lot of the guys are a tad overweight so they are going to have people pay 5 bucks to have them wash their cars then they will start to take something off and people are goign to pay them to keep it on! haha

I like the photo hunt, its still doable with a smaller group. the blue ferrari would be too hard to find and the honda with a alum. wing woudl be to easy

If its a small meet can just take the cars to a bikini car wash, and take pics of the hotties (and the girls if you want, ) I know my old high schools chearleading squade has a car wash every year for a weekend, sould take a group of celicas to that.

umm i saw a blue ferarri in kirkland on Saturday. i followed it for a bit :-)

OMG! thats a fantastic idea! I would definatly come to that meet. And i bet id convince my gf to go with if its more than standing around in a parking lot.

yeah its cool to see the cars but that does get a little board, and doing something like that could be pretty fun.

lol blue ferrari in kirkland, roll though there on a friday night and you bound to see every major sports car in several colors, cant say the same about too many citys.

Creis did you word that wrong or were you on a cheerleading squad in HS? i dont remember u being on it...i remember 2 guys though


edit - depending on how you read it it could come off as you meant OLD HS or MY old high school cheerleading squad. hehe but i think u definetely meant Juanita highs cheerleading squad. i dont see u being on the team! I think u were like me - not too spirited

lol yeah i meat the squade from my old hs, lol no i was no chearleader, i was a loser in hs, although i knew the guys on the squade, they where on my soccer team.
