Yes, the installation of the turbo is done!
Everything is working fine.
Doesnt leak any oil or cooling fluid.
little leak on the exhaust manifold but thats it.

I installed a missing link valve from a Honda between the map sensor, but dont know its working because i got the following problem:

When im starting the engine its all fine, but when riding the turbopressure begins very quickly and raises till 1.2 Bar!

I dont have a Actuator on it, because the guy the made en provided the turbo made a bolt that can be adjusted, the problem now is when i adjust it, it doesnt make big difference in turbopressure, it keeps getting to high.

I gonna look for a Actuator now, to find out this is the problem.

I cant drive it now, because the boost begins when giving 1/4 throttle and raises quickly till 1 Bar.

listen man, the missing link is just a check valve before your map sensor ...

how're you you fueling your car ?

the boost issue has nothing to do with your map sensor ...check your wastegate flapper and your actuator and the vacuum lines running to it...

2005 MB C200 Kompressor- K&N, Apexi WS2 Catback, DIY Voltage stabilizer, Intrax Springs, H&R RR swaybar, VDO Boost Gauge @ 6psi, Greddy L7 plugs, +0 Rear tiresTo Do: E-manage Ultimate tuned up to 12psi
Lol i know the mlv got nothing to do with that, i only mentioned it to be on my car.

I dont got a actuator and thats the problem, i can adjust the wastegate by hand so i can set it open or closed. when openend there supposed to be a low pressure raise in the turbo, but i think its not working because it keeps getting above 1 bar.

Its a turbo from a Toyota Previa TDI from 2004.
A mate of mine made it fit on my exhaust manifold but the wastegate on a Previa is electronic (i think) so he had to make an other way to adjust the pressure.

u boosted your car and didnt put a WG/ actuator on it... oh boy. i forsee a future post. blown motor...
dude smack the guy who said don't use a wastegate actuator...

your goin to blow your motor really really fast....

thats wat? umm i thnk 17psi....yea your wastegate isn't opening at all and just boosting through the roof..

i can adjust wastegate by hand, but when im adjusting it to much the engine doesnt start or it dies at 2000 rpm. So im not sure which way to adjust it to.

the wastegate, if it was electronic might not be woring right, now that you changed it. you must get one. you should only boost like at about 10 or 11 psi on a stock motor for a daily driver.
^yea right. if u have a 3s then you can pull off doing 10-12psi daily. not with a 7a or 5s unless u have another one laying around. u could boost them that high and they'll be fine, just dont do it eveyrday
just cause you can adjust it by hand doesn't mean its opening...

you see as you boost the wastegate graduatly opens via vac/boost pressures to maintain a boost level YOU HAVE to have an ACTUATOR to do this..

did you even bother to do any research on how a turbo works ?

This thread sucks. Who in their right mind would boost a car and not use a traditional wastegate actuator? Why even bother?

There's no wastegate because the turbo is from a diesel. You must get an external one.

holy crap.........

a diesel....wtf
Yeah i figured that out already, so i ordered a external one from the US, i hope that that works properly.

And to y'all im not stupid and i know how a turbo works i've had turbo'd cars before and did ALOT of research on 6gc and other sites and books, but never did a dieselturbo on a Petrol car.

Also didnt we knew that the Turbo hadnt a wastegate but some flood regulation.
