Is it possible to get different coloured globes?? That would be a MUCH nicer option.

the main thing holding that bad boy in is the 2 blue/black wires. once you disconnect those wires (one under the hood and one next to the driverside kick panel) and unplug it i'll slide right out.
If your unit is the same as mine, it is the temperature knob that is holding it in.

I've done it a few times and yanking it hard seems to disconnect the temp knob, and everything just comes right out biggrin.gif

dear lord NO YANKING

2 control wires on the back side and the screws inthe front be patient and take your time...
its much better then spending the money on replacement parts that you broke cause you "yanked"

steps for taking out your cc unit:

1.) click the link. ^^^^

2.) follow the instructions on how to take it out.

3.) do not listen to anybody saying you should yank it out

4.) oh, btw, follow the instructions...it is so easy, you can do it w/your eyes closed.
