Quite a few beams celica floating around here but all seems to be auto. Any guesstimate as to the quaretermile for the auto?

Just surfing around on auction sites and thinking of whether it will be worth it to upgrade from my ss1 auto.

I reckon it would be about mid 15's bro. Theres a few on trademe beams models since they are getting older more dealers are bringing them in Have you had a look on trademe? The prices are coming down for 1998 beams models they used to be about $15,000 now are $12,000

he also stripped out his celica and did a very impressive time. I dont remember what it was though.

Cheers for that. Guess I need to go testdrive one and see how I go. There is one selling for 8,000NZ with only 100000kms on the clock.

This also means that the value of my ss1 celica has dropped rapidly haha. Not sure if it is good that prices are coming down or not.

The S15s also dont look too bad but only 160hp from what I can see.

Theres a black one for sale on trademe for $8000 I'm going to take one for a test drive next week but sometimes those damn dealers probably won't let me they will probably think i'm too young but who says I am going to buy one from them anyway. Sometimes they know how to rip people off some dealers charge $14,995 for ones with 120,000 k's on the clock. At The moment I can't go and see any as my mitsubishis gearbox is playing up lol and thats why I like the 1998 celicas reliable, they look nice and they don't have any g/box problems.
