Ok, we will have it on the March 5th? I will be in San Antonio on the 4th for a lacrosse tourny,so we could do it the 4th in SA and i could still make it...but this isnt just about me, so pending where you guys want it... But here are the choices.

My vote is for Austin, but I am willing to drive to SA. I think Houston is a bit far / ghetto for me.

True that, it's a huge place. My only real experiences with Houston / people from Houston have all involved being shot at or held up at gunpoint.. Lots of refugees in Austin from Houston..

The roads there are crazy too.. It's like a roller-coaster track or sumpthin..

i agree with sn0w, houston is crazy, weather is never good there, and the roads are impossible. I need somewhere simple.

doesn't seem there is much interest since there are few of us from tx -- april i will be receiving my st185 clip - so i'll be busy rebuilding the engine while waiting for parts to arrive since some may take up to 8 weeks to arrive (that is if i decide to do it myself or have dr. tweak do it) - my budget is to stay under $6500 so as you can I am planning to achieve the 300whp+ mark

Dallas is too far North for most people - myself included. If it's to be Austin I'm cool with that even though I voted SA. Austin makes the most sense anyway as it is truly central Texas.
Anyway we could always make the hour long run to SA as an fun run or something. The Supra club I used to hang with did it in like 40min.s along with a Porsche 911 Turbo. I had fun in the back with the MKII's and MKIII's - LOL.

I would really prefer S.A., as for the drive I am in Midland TX which is about 61/2-7Hrs. away so as far as centralizing it to austin I think I am the furthest North out of most of us and I would still be up for the drive

We (HTC) are planning the 2nd Annual Texas Toyota meet in Austin for one weekend in Mid to Late April or May.
I'll PM you guys the info as soon as plans are made. Last year we had a buttload of Celicas. MR2's etc.
You should all definetley plan to go to that. I am taking suggestions as to when people are going to be available so that we can plan a date that will accommodate the most people. Give me ya'lls opinions.
Hotels will be set up ahead of time as well as a mapped fun run through the hills just like last year - it will be very organized. Last year we had setup a meet in one of Austin's Toyota dealership and then we ended Sat night at the local huge legal meet.
If anyone wants to host pics I can put up the ones from last year. It was the most fun meet I've ever been to.
Feel free to PM me for info.
